Registration has now opened for Act Sustainable!, this year’s inspiration day around sustainability issues for all students at University of Gothenburg and Chalmers. The afternoon aims to inspire students and let them discuss and deepen their knowledge around sustainable development.
During the inspirational afternoon on Tuesday October 3rd, students can participate in interactive workshops where they can try out sustainable engineering and innovation processes. Through engaging lectures and interactions, students can learn more on how to act sustainable at home and internationally.
SDSN Youth and the Swedish youth representative at the UN High-level Political Forum Björn Fondén, will dive deep into the Sustainable Development Goals, and Gothenburg Students for Sustainability Alliance will organize a clothes swap event where participants can update their wardrobe in a circular and ethical way.
Among the key note speakers, you find award-winning Milad Mohammadi and designer and entrepreneur Johanna N. Among them the day will be visited by a large group of sustainability professionals whom students can speed-date.
Act Sustainable! is organized by Gothenburg Students for Sustainability Alliance (GSSA) in collaboration with the Centre for Environment and Sustainability (GMV) at University of Gothenburg and Chalmers.
