Emelie César (MSc in Environmental Economics and MSc in Environmental Science)is working as a policy analyst at the Gothenburg Centre for Sustainaböe Development (GMV) in Gothenburg, where she forms part of Sida’s Helpdesk for environment and climate change.
Emelie César has worked as a policy analyst and advisor to Sida for over five years and has expertise in mainstreaming environmental sustainability in development cooperation. Her key qualifications include environmental economics; environmental and climate change mainstreaming in development cooperation; pollution (air, water, soil); rural development (land tenure); results based management and environmental and climate change indicators.
