Gunilla Ölund Wingqvist

Gunilla Ölund Wingqvist (MSc Engineering) is working as a policy analyst at the Gothenburg Centre for Sustainable Development (GMV) in Gothenburg, where she forms part of Sida’s Helpdesk for environment and climate change.

Gunilla has 20 years of professional experience of environmental sustainability issues internationally, particularly in developing and transitional countries. She has worked at both technical and strategic levels, as an adviser, analyst, financier, and consultant. Gunilla has extensive expertise from supporting the integration of environmental and climate change issues in development cooperation, particularly related to the role of institutions and governance for improved environmental outcomes, but also related to measuring of results in the environmental and climate change field. Gunilla provides advice to and analytic work for Sida, UNDP, OECD and the Swedish EPA.
