Global Sustainable Futures arrangerar ett evenemang efter online-dagen Sustainable Research Conference den 25 november.
Samarbete över nationsgränser och akademiska discipliner är viktigare än någonsin. I praktiken står dock internationell samverkan ofta inför utmaningar som uppstår på grund av skillnader i sammanhang, incitament och traditioner. Vi är övertygade om att dessa kan övervinnas och att vi kan göra mer och göra bättre ifrån oss. Du bjuds in till en konferens som samlar människor med olika akademisk bakgrund och sammanhang med ett gemensamt intresse att samarbeta över gränserna för att lära, dela och övervinna hinder. Keynote Professor Ernest Aryeetey, sekreterare, General African Research Universities Alliance (ARUA) och Madelene Ostwald, docent och affilierad forskare Chalmers, "Omsätt vetenskap till policy och praktik" är inbjudna. GSF is organising an on-line event on November 25th 9-12.
Collaboration across national borders and academic disciplines is more important than ever. In practice, however, international collaboration often faces challenges that arise from differences in contexts, incentives and traditions. We are convinced that these can be overcome and that we can do more and do better. You are invited to a conference that brings together people from different academic backgrounds and contexts with a common interest to collaborate across borders in order to learn from each other, share experiences and overcome obstacles.

• Increase the visibility of researchers, research findings and research interests to stimulate and strengthen/develop more collaboration across disciplines, universities and geographical boundaries.
• Share experiences of successful research collaboration with low- and middle income countries (for instance good examples and practices – referring to the research results and/or the collaboration itself)

Researchers, teachers and students at Chalmers and GU with an interest in and/or ongoing collaboration with Low- and Middle Income countries (LMICs), their partner researchers at universities in LMICs.
It is a multidisciplinary audience with an interest and profile in Agenda 2030 and sustainability efforts beyond 2030.

Global Sustainable Futures (GSF) - a new joint collaboration platform at Chalmers University of Technology and University of Gothenburg with the overall objective to develop new science-based knowledge, education and collaborations that contribute towards attaining Agenda 2030, as well as to the needs of society beyond 2030.
The unique niche of GSF is its focus on promoting, developing and strengthening collaboration between the two universities and partners in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs).
